ANCELLM Marbling Sweat Shirt Japanese designer brand dyed destroyed terry cloth university T made in Japan
Size 3
Shoulder width: 60cm
Chest width Pit to pit : 69cm
Length : 74cm
Sleeve length: 68cm
This sweatshirt is made using a new dyeing technique.
The fabric is a reproduction of the "vintage terry cloth (lining)" produced in the 1950s and 1960s , recreated in an original way.
Use a hanging loom to slowly weave, giving the surface an irregular granular feel, creating a unique frosty texture and three-dimensional circle texture.
The yarn used is "air-spun yarn", which feels hard when you first wear it, but as you wear it more often, the fabric will gradually become softer and have a better texture, developing a personal style.
In Wakayama, Japan, there are very few hanging knitting machines that can produce this type of vintage terry cloth, and once it is used to knit other fabrics, it will be very difficult to reproduce the same texture again. Therefore, this sweatshirt uses extremely rare top-grade materials, and improves wearing comfort through exquisite pattern design, and finally applies exquisite dyeing processing to show a strong presence.
The dyeing method of this work is a unique technique of blending two colors, inspired by abstract art , making it a one-of-a-kind work.
