The design of the " MACKINAW " coat is inspired by the American and Canadian military jeep coats of the 1940s and 1950s. Its exterior features a fur collar, double-breasted buttons and a belt.
SYNDRO captures the classic look of a military coat, reshapes it with the brand’s style, and adds hunting jacket details – three sets of large pockets on the inside, applying the inner pockets that were used to hold prey in the past to modern fashion, making it more convenient to use.
There are hand-warmer pockets on the chest, and the alpaca wool collar can stand up to keep out the cold wind when it's cold, which is very heartwarming.
The sashiko embroidery fabrics from the old workshop in Sumida, Tokyo, continue the sewing techniques of the last century in contemporary clothing. The regular patterns are sewn stitch by stitch, and the bumpy texture conveys the warmth of craftsmanship and brings out a calm and restrained atmosphere.
After stone washing, the aging effect after wearing is simulated, creating the indigo color that SYNDRO likes between old and new.
※ Naturally dyed products will fade with wear, and friction and washing will easily cause color transfer. This is normal
(The above dimensions are manually measured and may have an error of 1 to 3 cm, for reference only)
